Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Laylas.eg We strive to get your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Processing & Handling
All orders are processed within [2-7] days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Cancellations & Changes
We pride ourselves on our fast processing times. Because of this, the window for canceling or modifying an order is limited to 6 hours after the order is placed.

•Before Shipping: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed for shipment, we will cancel the order.
•After Shipping: Once an order has been handed over to our carrier, it is considered "In Transit." If you choose to cancel your order after it has shipped, please note that the shipping fees must still be paid to us, as these costs have already been paid by us to the carrier.
