Our testers are designed to give you the chance to experience the scent before committing to a full-size bottle.
As they are intended for trial purposes, testers are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or broken.
If you happen to receive a damaged item, please reach out to us and we’ll gladly assist you.
Shipping Policy
- Orders are processed within 2–7 business days (no weekends or holidays).
- You can cancel or modify your order within 6 hours of placing it.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, and shipping fees remain payable as the package is already in transit.
Return Policy

For any other reason, you may still request a return or exchange; however, a 95 EGP - 120 EGP return fee will apply depending on the city, along with new shipping fees if you choose to exchange the item.
